About the Job As an experienced Vehicle Painter/Prepper, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spray booth, meticulously checking that vehicles are appropriately masked and prepared to the highest standards, and expertly mixing and matching colours to achieve flawless finishes. Additionally, you will meticulously inspect painted jobs to ensure they meet our quality standards before refitting. Responsibilities * Operate and maintain spray booth equipment efficiently. * Prepare vehicles for painting by masking and ensuring surfaces are properly prepared. * Mix and match colours accurately to achieve desired finishes. * Conduct thorough inspections of painted jobs to ensure quality standards are met. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. * Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. About You * Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, preferably in an automotive repair setting. * Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. * ATA or NVQ qualification is highly desirable. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. * Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.
