We are currently looking to have 2 possibly 3 apprentices we have trained 2 already from 18 years old to 1 passing his senior ATA now and the second well on his way We strongly believe that the young from school is the answer to 1/ lack of skills in our industry 2/ no bad habits 3/ we can train them the correct way

We are a family run company with quality as our core value. We strongly believe in looking after staff is a priority to keep loyalty so we have quite a lot of staff that never leave as they feel vary valued

The placement

We will provide a senior person for the youngster to work under fully supervised so they can train in all the roles available

We are happy to train people that are keen to learn and don�t mind getting there hands dirty ( although they should be wearing gloves) as long as they are trainable we work with them with all hard copies of what they being trained with
