Paint Improver Location: Liverpool Salary: £12 - 14 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday | 42.5 hours per week Contract: Full-time | Permanent The Opportunity We’re looking for a dedicated Paint Improver to join a high-performing accident repair team at a well-established and growing group in the bodyshop industry. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standard before leaving site—through light preparation, polishing, and rectification of minor paintwork defects. If you take pride in precision, have solid experience prepping or polishing vehicles, and enjoy being part of a tight-knit workshop team—this one’s for you.
