We have a new opportunity for a PA to support our Bus and Coach Sales Director. Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing day to day: * Support the sales director * Prepare relevant documentation where required * Other general duties to assist the directors including diary management, general communication and expense management To be successful in this role: * Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner * Have strong administrative skills * Have good standard of competence in Microsoft packages, especially outlook and word. * Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work and have excellent organisational skills that enable you to manage a complex and varied workload. * Experience in developing good relationships with a range of staff and customers. * Experienced at managing the diaries of several senior leaders.
