Operations Manager Job Requirements Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager role. Automotive experience. Experience within fabrication, engineering or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement training. Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
