Our client in the Caerphilly area are currently looking to hire an Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, you are expected to lead by example, showcasing a dedication to the company's values and high standards. Your proactive approach should ensure operational efficiency and team readiness, while your strategic thinking contributes to long-term company goals. Criteria: Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the electrical or related trade industry. * Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse team. * Proficient with operational software, preferably simPRO. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Clean driving license and a good understanding of vehicle and stock management. * A comprehensive grasp of compliance and safety standards in the electrical industry. Qualifications: * CSCS Gold Card, Apprentice Card, or equivalent. * NVQ Level 1, 2, & 3 or equivalent in a relevant field. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. * Testing & Inspecting qualifications such as 2391/2392/2394.
