Summary: The Operational Excellence Manager will own key business applications and will be the business lead for establishing the best-in-class operational processes by observing, modelling, measuring, analysing, Improving, and optimising our systems, data, and standard operating procedures. This role will also play a significant part in the overall supply chain transformation and will be accountable for development, testing, reporting, data integrity and operational excellence, across all layers of change. What You'll Do: Be the first line owner of the assigned business applications. Provide support to the supply chain operational teams, to maximise and optimise operations, across the multiple business systems we use. Establish, develop, and own the process operating procedures and application training. Be accountable for data integrity and ensure the monitoring and management controls are in place, to ensure the application is being used by the business, as designed and delivering against the required business outcomes. Drive change management across people, process, systems, and information for the assigned business applications. Support the business in developing the application, to improve operational excellence and be the voice of the business in the technical forums. Work in close collaboration with IT, to improve our technology landscape, considering design and integration. Support business initiatives and project activities, to ensure system and data integrity is maintained. What You'll Bring: Equivalent relevant experience across process design, standards, operations, or within a similar role in an automotive company. Highly experienced in using SAP S4 Hana, SRM and BPM. A real passion for operational excellence and standardisation. Experienced with managing business processes, documentation, and similar projects and applications,  within a complex environment. Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the business. Demonstrated change management experience. Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with a problem-solving ability. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ¨Walk the talk¨ attitude.
