We are supporting a company based in Thame, Oxfordshire with recruiting for a Sales Administrator. This is an office based position, full time, working Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 4.45pm. You will be based within a small, friendly and supportive team and will be offered a starting salary of £25,000 depending on experience. This will then be reviewed after your 3-month probationary period is completed, also after this period you will be eligible for a discretionary monthly bonus plus petrol allowance. This is a busy, fast paced environment that will require you to have proven vehicle parts experience. Duties will include: Accurately uploading car parts to the online shop and company website Handling customer enquiries via email Speaking to customers over the phone You must have confident data input and administration skills, combined with natural people and customer service skills as you will need to be confidently speaking to customers. Parts experience and knowledge is essential to ensure you can hit the ground running, so please only apply if you have this within your career experience for a minimum of 1 year.
