Night HGV Workshop Supervisor needed Northampton Our client, a truck and van dealer with an extensive experience in the commercial vehicle market located across the East Midlands, is seeking for a Night HGV Workshop Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be effectively communicate with the Workshop technicians and the service reception to validate the booking information and repair time and ensure that customer expectations are always managed by working with each stage of the service process. Role: HGV Workshop Supervisor Hours: * 50 hours a week * 20:00-06:30 mon – Friday (50 hours ) Location: Northampton Requirements: * City & Guilds/ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, in Heavy Vehicle Repair and Maintenance * Proven work experience in diagnostics and problem solving, servicing and maintenance * Able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience as an HGV Technician – dealership experience preferred. * To be able to manage and motivate a team of techicians in their daily activities * To be able to coach and provide support and guidance to your team of technicians. * To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with internal and external customers Benefits: * Sick Pay * Company events * Wellness Programme * Pension Scheme. * 23 Days Holiday #hgvtechnician #hgvmechanic #hgvfitter #heavygoodsvehicletechnician
