ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES * Liaising with clients and customers * Highlight car plans and develop an understanding of the range of vehicles and accessories within the branch. * Administrative and clerical support where necessary. * Invoicing and dealing with payments. * Process and file relevant documentation when required. * Customer relationship management. * Liaise with the Parts Department and garage with any queries. IDEAL CANDIDATE * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * 2+ Years experience in the motor trade * Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel * Strong command of English * Proven ability to respond to queries in a professional manner. * Excellent people skills. * Ability to deal with difficult queries from customers in a professional and mature manner
