NDT Personnel Ltd is recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s renowned BINDT approved NDT training and examination providers to enhance the company’s well-established and expert team with two full-time opportunities for NDT Tutors to join the business. Our client is highly esteemed in its field with a proven track record of delivering quality training courses in multiple NDT methods, and delivering examinations under the PCN scheme administered by the BINDT, and as an Outside Agency of UKNANDTB under NAS 410, EN4179 and SNT-TC-1A. Due to continued growth, this exceptional business requires two additional NDT Tutors to further strengthen its confident team, with a specific focus on developing and enhancing its aerospace capabilities. The roles are ideal for individuals with considerable experience in at least two complex methods (ET/UT/RT) – either to Level 2 or Level 3 – with additional experience and qualification in MT and/or PT, and people who have the technical confidence and competency to reach new heights in their NDT career. Additionally, you should possess the following: * A background in aerospace NDT, in any capacity, is essential * Although previous teaching experience isn’t necessary, a keen interest in teaching and an innate passion for growing, developing, and inspiring your peers and the next generation of NDT is essential * Be charismatic, engaging and someone others find approachable and easy to talk to * Exceptional communication skills and a keenness for teamwork, as well as being able to work independently * Demonstrable experience of Digital Radiography applications would be extremely useful, but not essential Our client can provide a structured career move in a supportive environment, with a positive ethos and company culture that ensures great investment in all its employees and genuine value in staff well-being.
