SGB National Support Manager Salary: From £55,000, plus excellent benefits package Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working          Scania have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and solutions orientated individual to play a key role in our Customer Support Department, as our new National Support Manager. You will be someone who delights in delivering an exceptional service, and is experienced in managing customer accounts, building relationships, managing expectations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.  Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the main responsibility of the National Support Manager (NSM) is to provide an interface between Scania at Milton Keynes, the Dealer Network, and a nominated portfolio of National Fleet customers. You will use your understanding of business issues, processes, and outcomes to enhance business performance. A willingness to travel is essential as you will be visiting customers and Scania colleagues at their branch locations. Key Responsibilities •    Customer focussed – a passion for helping internal and external customers meet their goals, becoming the ‘go to’ for all parties, clearly communicating next steps.  •    Business acumen - demonstrate an understanding of customers’ commercial offerings, industry, business, motivational drivers and needs.  •    Technical understanding – an understanding of the HGV industry, its products and services. •    Problem solving - understanding problems and identifying solutions, specif-ically how Scania can contribute to the optimisation of customers’ profitability. •    Stakeholder management – managing expectations with honesty and integrity. Planning, negotiating and delivering in line with the premium service Scania offers our customers and           colleagues. •   Team player – an appreciation and drive for team achievement, often being the lynchpin, bringing parties together.
