My client is an automotive service provider for retail car dealerships, auction centres and vehicle rental organisations. Turning over £54m+ per annum, this successful business has an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Account Manager to join the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will help shape the future growth of the business and will share in the business success. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in developing business relationships with existing and new accounts ensuring that they are aligned to the business strategy. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing customers, developing key account relationships, broadening the range of business services provided, ensuring comprehensive responses to enquiries and tender requests and developing a pipeline of new business. Customer service delivery will be measured through a comprehensive Net Promoter Score programme and you will need to work closely with the operational team to deliver exceptional performance. You will ensure that the company has a comprehensive marketing strategy including development of the website; public relations management and developing an effective presence on social media. You will build strong relationships internally and be responsible for embracing challenges to enhance service delivery to our valued customers. You will be involved in managing the P&L and delivering the business objectives; drive and share best practice across the business; adapt to the changes required by the senior leadership team; meeting all set KPIs and achieving targets.
