Job Title: National Parts Sales Representative Role Scope: National Location: Home-based with travel Salary - £43K + Bonus + Car  As the National Parts Sales Representative for our leading organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting and supporting the integrity of the brand through our approved distribution network. Your responsibilities will include growing and developing the complete OE product profile, supporting distribution networks, and building strong relationships with fleet customers. You will also contribute to the technical knowledge of parts processes and the workings of our products. Main Responsibilities National Parts Sales Representative : Develop and maintain a structured itinerary and visit plan for the approved distribution network. Promote the complete product range within the rebate scheme during structured visits. Work collaboratively with independent distributors to support growth within targeted product lines. Introduce the maintenance network team to new opportunities for service stations, collaborating with local distributors. Profile fleets in each parts distributor's area and keep customers informed about new products. Provide timely updates to the back office on external experiences, identifying areas for improvement. Deliver first-class customer service and communicate customer perceptions and objectives within the company to influence strategies. Monitor and report market activities relevant to the company's operations and stay informed about competitor offerings.Other Responsibilities of a National Parts Sales Representative : Support workshops in achieving required maintenance standards and developing third-party maintenance contracts. Ensure the use of genuine parts in approved workshops. Build a database of distributor providers by key fleets and fleet size. Adhere to the company's health and safety policies. Maintain the customer database and provide customer and market reports as requested. Support the development and implementation of marketing material and events. Identify partnering opportunities for complimentary third-party products to broaden the company’s offerings.Key Deliverables (6-12 months): Build a database of key maintenance providers by parts suppliers. Visit and build relationships with all parts distributors. Identify the level of trailer training requirements within the distributors. Build your knowledge and confidence with all products.Candidate Profile: Ability to operate and build relationships at all levels. Background in a customer-facing role within the commercial vehicle industry. Experience with parts distributors, fleet operators, and commercial vehicle workshops. Self-motivated individual keen to drive both their career and the business forward. Proficient in the use of MS Office package.
