Their success is driven by their talented team, and they are now on the lookout for a dynamic Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the production lines run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a wide range of machinery and systems in a fast-paced, food-grade environment. Key Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Maintenanc Engineer Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults. Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency. Assist and make recommendations for CI/efficiency improvements   Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene standards. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and meet production targets. Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs. About You My client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented engineer with a passion for problem-solving and teamwork. Essential Requirements for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Proven experience in a similar maintenance engineering role, ideally within the food or FMCG sector. Multi-skilled with expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems. Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, and automated production lines. Knowledge of health and safety standards and food industry compliance. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
