Our client is looking for Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. The shift will be 2pm - 10pm, although there is some flexability with the start and finish time. Qualifications and Experience: Being able to work individually or as part of a team, Honesty, trustworthiness, flexibility and demonstrate high quality work ethic, punctual, respectful and have self-motivated drive. Specific Expertise: Knowledge of Processes such as Die Cutting, Press Moulding, Robot Programming, Waterjet Cutting advantageous but not essential Siemens S7 PLC Program understanding, Ladder Logic and awareness, 17th Edition also an advantage Willing to possibly work in either client's facilities based in Rugby and Tamworth Responsibilities and Accountabilities Primary areas: * To observe the company policy on Health & Safety At Work General: * To observe the Company rules for employees * To observe the Company policy and procedures on Quality Assurance * To co-operate readily, politely and amicably with other Company personnel Specific areas: (more detail of the key responsibilities for individual engineers will be identified in their personal objectives) * Carry out/Oversee the maintenance of all machines * Deal with breakdowns as appropriate * Ensure the preventative maintenance schedule is adhered to * Identify Continuous Improvement Projects related to machines * Carry out/Oversee the general facility maintenance around the building * Ensure all machines are serviced in accordance with supplier recommendations and are carried out in a timely manner so as to maximise capacity from each machine * Maintain a safe working environment following the LEAN practices in place * Carry out other duties as directed which are commensurate with knowledge and experience * Use manuals and failure history to develop preventative tasks
