Job Title: MP&L Planner Employment Type: Temp to Perm, Full-Time Location: Basildon Department: MP&L Our client are a leading company specializing in providing solutions for inventors, product developers, and lifestyle brands. They are currently looking for a MP&L Planner to join their team. The MP&L Planner will manage and expedite the workflow and materials across various departments. This role involves coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. Key Responsibilities: Achieve daily production targets to meet customer expectations. Prepare and analyze documents required for production. Support raw material supply and finished goods demand through data analysis and decision-making. Follow up with teams to expedite material and document flow to meet schedules and customer expectations. Collaborate with stores on kitting works orders. Create sales orders and scheduled purchase orders using Lakeview system. Send pick notes to stores and create delivery notes for dispatches. Generate box labels for production. Handle internal and external packaging. Input schedules from Darwin system into Lakeview. Create goods receipts in Lakeview. Maintain monthly KPIs for the MP&L team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare policies. Qualifications and Skills: Experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and reliability. Proactive, innovative, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Positive 'can-do' attitude with the ability to prioritize workload. Ability to work accurately under pressure and within time constraints. Good written and verbal communication skills.
