Motorcycle Technician – Guildford Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 Basic | OTE £38,000 – £46,000+ + Bonus The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership/workshop in the Guildford area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician to work on a variety of motorcycles within a high-performing and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of motorcycle brands * Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment * Complete MOT preparation and testing (Class 1 & 2 preferred) * Perform general workshop duties including tyres, brakes, chains, and engine work * Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards * Maintain accurate job records and paperwork * Work efficiently to meet productivity and efficiency targets Requirements * Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic * NVQ Level 2/3 in Motorcycle or Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) * MOT licence (Class 1 & 2) – desirable * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills * Passion for motorcycles and high attention to detail * Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence beneficial) What’s on Offer * £38k–£46k realistic OTE (bonus + overtime) * Manufacturer training and development * Career progression opportunities * Pension scheme + holiday allowance * Staff discounts on parts and servicing
