The Role As a Motorcycle Technician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, repairs and diagnostics, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. * Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on motorcycles * Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge * Completing job cards and all relevant documentation accurately * Working efficiently to meet workshop targets and deadlines * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment * Supporting the team to ensure smooth workshop operations What We’re Looking For * Fully qualified Motorcycle Technician * Proven experience within a workshop environment * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills * Ability to work efficiently under pressure * Team player with a professional attitude * Full UK Driving Licence What’s On Offer * £38,000 basic salary * £44,900 OTE * Monday to Friday only – no weekends * Ongoing training and development * Stable, supportive working environment This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to join a well-run dealership with great work-life balance.
