This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with leadership experience to manage and develop a high-performing motorcycle sales team while achieving excellent earning potential. Key Responsibilities * Leading and managing the motorcycle sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to improve performance and customer service. * Managing the full sales process, including customer enquiries, test rides, and handovers. * Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products to maximise revenue. * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to improve results. * Ensuring the showroom and motorcycles are presented to the highest standards. * Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity. * Reporting sales performance and forecasting to senior management. Requirements * Proven experience in motorcycle or automotive sales, with previous leadership or supervisory experience. * Strong passion for motorcycles and the motor industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Target-driven, proactive, and motivated. * Ability to work under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced dealership environment. * Full UK driving licence; motorcycle licence preferred.
