Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor – Job Description Overview We are seeking a customer-focused Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor to join a busy and reputable motorcycle dealership. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding aftersales experience, acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers and manage service, repair, and warranty bookings * Advise customers on servicing requirements, repair work, and maintenance schedules * Accurately raise job cards and explain work required in a clear, professional manner * Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion * Upsell service plans, accessories, and additional repair work where appropriate * Provide accurate cost estimates and gain customer authorisation * Handle warranty claims and manufacturer processes in line with brand standards * Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle progress * Ensure all administration and invoicing is completed accurately * Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI performance Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor (motorcycle experience preferred) * Strong customer service and communication skills * Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycling industry * Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment * Strong organisational and IT skills * Commercial awareness with a sales-focused mindset * Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence advantageous but not essential) What’s on Offer * Competitive basic salary with bonus structure * Opportunity to work with a respected motorcycle brand/dealership * Career progression and manufacturer training * Supportive team environment * Staff discounts on servicing, parts, and accessories
