Motorcycle Sales Executive – Job Description Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a busy and successful motorcycle dealership. This role is ideal for someone passionate about motorcycles who thrives in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers into the showroom and deliver an exceptional buying experience * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable new and used motorcycles * Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to handover * Arrange and conduct test rides in line with dealership policies * Promote and sell finance, insurance, warranties, and service plans * Upsell accessories, clothing, and protection products * Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals * Maintain strong product knowledge across the motorcycle range * Achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets * Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation and compliance requirements Skills & Experience Required * Proven sales experience (motorcycle or automotive preferred) * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle lifestyle * Confident, professional, and personable communication style * Ability to work weekends and peak trading periods * Strong organisational and IT skills * Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence preferred but not essential) What’s on Offer * Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission / OTE * Manufacturer and product training * Opportunity to work with a respected motorcycle brand/dealership * Career progression within sales or management * Staff discounts on motorcycles, parts, and accessories
