What We Offer: * Permanent role with job security * Monday – Friday, fully flex working rules apply, so some weekends will be required. * Competitive salary of £24,960 per year * Ongoing training and certification programs * A friendly and professional work environment with opportunities for growth * Banked Hours – Three times per year employees will be offered the opportunity to sell their banked hours back to the company at their normal hourly rate* What You'll Do: * Handle and assemble motorcycles with care and precision * Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to meet top standards * Identify and report any defects * Follow technical documentation and work instructions * Utilise basic IT skills to work with brand-specific systems What You Bring: * You already have a basic understanding of motorcycle mechanics and possess technical skills * A desire to learn and grow in the motorcycle industry * Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential.
