You will need the following:- * An excellent telephone manner. * Good Administration skills and able to provide quality customer service to clients. * Able to work as part of a busy team as well as on your own * Must be proactive and reactive and have a willingness to learn You must have:- * Been Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level (essential). * NVQ (or equivalent) in Business Admin, I.T or Customer Service (preferred). * Administration office experience required. * Be competent in using Microsoft Office (specifically word and excel). * Full training provided. * Specialist level courses available Duties:- * Answer calls promptly and professionally. * Liaise with clients. * Deal with correspondence in a timely manner. * General admin duties. * Sending of invoices and relevant supporting claims documentation. * Completion of Assigned work. * Processing of documentation. Hours of work: Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8-4.30pm Hybrid role 2 days in the office – 3 days at home Salary upto £23,300 Holiday Entitlement: 24 days (increasing by one day after two years’ service to a maximum of 28) + Bank Holidays.
