The Job 📌 * Monday – Friday * 08:00 – 17:30 * £35,000 + Commission OTE £50,000 * Company van, company tablet, company phone provided * Start from home, travelling to: Orpington, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Dartford, Croydon Duties – Paint and Fleet 📑 * Carry out mobile paint repairs at dealerships from start to finish for the below scenarios. - Covering work for the permanent technician that is on annual leave. - Covering work for the permanent technician that is off due to sickness. - An urgent job needs covering. * Carry out mobile paint repairs to our fleet vehicles and courtesy cars at our head office in Orpington. This could include paintwork and or polishing. * Potential for occasional stay aways coving sites and helping on busy sites * Assist the Fleet Manager with any paint requirements, this may include renovating van racking by repainting to ensure every one of our vans is in top condition * Assist the Fleet Manager when any vans are de-fleeted, this could include paintwork repairs and de-stickering. Repairs on vehicles will include: * Minor scuffs and scratches all areas * Paint blemishes * Stone chips * Wings / doors sprayed * Small dents Experience 🥼 * Minimum of 3 years experience within a paint spraying environment * Preferably automotive / motor trade background but not essential * Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in paint repair Requirements 📂 * Valid full UK driving licence * Knowledge of filler * Able to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend * Right to work in the UK * Strong customer service * Good timekeeper * Basic maths and English required * Been in previous customer facing roles. * Great attention to detail * Assessment / Induction Day required APPLY NOW for immediate consideration
