HGV Technician (Mobile) - Bristol

Salary: Up to £23ph +overtime

Working Hours: 42.5 hrs per week Monday - Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with overtime opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to join their Mobile team in Bristol.

The successful HGV Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial such Vans, LCV's, HGV's, Trucks and much more! This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

HGV Technician Responsibilities:

• The Automotive Technician will be predominantly workshop based with mobile capability, taking care of general vehicle maintenance duties including MOT preparation, servicing, repairs, breakdowns, preventative maintenance inspection of both light and heavy vehicles.
• Carry out preventative maintenance inspections ensuring all vehicles are safe and road tested.
• Prepare all vehicles for MOT.
• Service and maintain all vehicles to the highest standard.
• Whenever called upon, attend breakdowns.

HGV Technician Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in HGV Vehicle Repair equivalent or higher
• At least 1 years of experience as a HGV technician
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.
• Full UK/EU Driving Licence
• No more than 6 points on licence
• Aged 21 or above for insurance purpose.
