The role will involve travelling across Deeside, Staffordshire & Cheshire so a full license & access to a car is essential.  The Key Duties for this Customer Relations Manager include : Conduct thorough customer complaint assessments, collaborating with teams and management. Escalate complaints to group level and maintain communication with customers for swift resolution. Coordinate with manufacturers/subcontractors to expedite resolution once all facts are gathered. Weekly complaint review meetings with Directors. Communicate outcomes via letters and calls, involving on-site managers as needed. Strong understanding of Consumer Rights and Sales of Goods Act for effective response.
