Are you a skilled ATA MET Technician ready to bring your expertise to a leading automotive repair team? If you have a passion for precision in mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Washington! What You’ll Do: * Mechanical & Body Work: Perform essential mechanical and bodywork on vehicles to restore them to top condition. * Vehicle Dismantling: Carefully dismantle vehicles to prepare them for panel work. * Diagnostics & Inspections: Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostics to ensure a comprehensive repair approach. * Parts Management: Order and manage replacement parts to keep repair schedules on track. * Reassembly: Skillfully reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition, meeting quality and safety standards. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Proven background as an MET Technician, ideally with experience in accident repair. * Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail with the ability to work safely under pressure. * Organisational Skills: Effective workload planning to meet deadlines. * Technical Adherence: Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications for high-quality repairs. * Team-Oriented: Collaborative team player who can also work independently. * Commitment to Standards: Dedication to high standards, flexibility, and adherence to Health and Safety practices.
