What You’ll Be Doing: * Mechanical and Body Repairs: Carry out essential mechanical and bodywork on assigned vehicles. * Vehicle Dismantling: Prepare vehicles for panel work by carefully dismantling them. * Inspections and Diagnostics: Perform inspections, identify issues, and conduct diagnostic work. * Parts Management: Order and track parts to ensure timely replacement and availability. * Reassembly: Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition by reassembling with new parts. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Substantial MET Technician experience, especially in accident repair. * Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe, high-quality work. * Planning Skills: Ability to manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines. * Technical Precision: Skilled in following manufacturers' specifications. * Team Player: Works well in a team and can also operate independently with minimal oversight. * Adaptability: Flexible and dedicated to upholding high standards. * Health and Safety Focus: Follows all Health and Safety guidelines, including the use of PPE and maintaining clean workspaces.
