When calling me please quote ref: 4468 Applicants must: * be a confident mechanical & electrical fitter / stripper fitter MET * have own tools which you should anyway * have min 5 years’ experience more would be better * have a valid UK driving license for test drives you may need to do after reworking the vehicle * you should have the ability to work on a wide range of makes and models of cars * have good interpersonal skills / look getting along with your co-workers is very important and handling clients as well is a good interpersonal skill to have. * be able to work to targets and deadlines, and no one is going to crack the whip here, if the vehicle is done properly this matter more than your efficiency. ATA qualification would be an advantage but not essential. your experience is more valuable You will have the responsibility for removing and replacing all the mechanical, electrical and trim components on a wide range of vehicles.
