Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced MET Technician to join a leading Accident Repair Centre based in Newbury. Key Responsibilities: * Strip and refit vehicles to manufacturer standards * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults * Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standard * Liaise effectively with the workshop and bodyshop teams to maintain workflow * Complete all documentation accurately and on time Requirements: * Proven experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment * Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge * ATA qualification preferred but not essential * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: * Basic salary around £47,000 for 40 hours or up to £52,000 for 45 hours per week * Bonus, pension, and overtime available * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Modern, fully equipped workshop with excellent facilities * Supportive and professional working environment Kolt Recruitment are specialists in placing skilled automotive professionals across the UK.
