Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced MET Technician to join a busy and professional Accident Repair Centre based in Weybridge. Key Responsibilities: * Strip and refit vehicles to manufacturer standards * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults * Work efficiently to meet high-quality repair standards * Liaise with workshop and bodyshop teams to maintain productivity * Ensure all documentation is completed accurately Requirements: * Proven experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment * Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge * ATA qualification preferred but not essential – Kolt Recruitment’s client will support achieving this after probation if required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: * Choice of 40- or 45-hour contract * OTE around £56,000 for 40 hours or £60,000 for 45 hours per week * Bonus, pension, and overtime available * Ongoing training and development opportunities, including ATA accreditation * Modern, well-equipped workshop with a friendly and supportive team Kolt Recruitment are specialists in placing skilled automotive professionals across the UK.
