Rates: £28.73 Per Hour PAYE £38.00 Per Hour Outside IR35/UmbrellaKey Responsibilities for the Mechanical Systems Engineer: Investigate root causes of issues and implement solutions, including equipment modifications. Develop and qualify new mechanical systems, ensuring they meet stringent safety, cost, quality, and timeliness standards. Lead the development of systems to meet product needs and ensure adherence to established processes. Collaborate with specialists to guarantee compliance with certification requirements. Manage and mitigate project risks and opportunities, keeping stakeholders informed.Skills and Experience Required by the Mechanical Systems Engineer: Knowledge and experience in developing mechanical systems, including hydro-mechanical components and equipment. Educated to degree level in Engineering or a related discipline. A strong background in engineering, systems, and equipment design. Proven ability to manage tasks, deliver on time, and meet cost and quality targets. Experience leading project teams and managing stakeholders.
