What you’ll be doing: Interpret instructions from the job card/repair order, comply with repair instructions, carry out diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and services to vehicles Completing road tests and signing off all the necessary warranty repairs Accurately report and record work done and tests carried out Liaise with customers on technical/product matters Keep up-to-date with the most recent changes in technology, techniques and commercial developments What we need from you: Qualified to Master Tech level, main dealership experience preferred A full driving licence is essential Exceptional abilities in fault-finding and problem solving Good communication, and time management, ability to set, review and achieve targets Drive, determination, supportive, and encouraging Our commitment to excellence has been recognised by prestigious accolades, including the Great Place to Work awards consecutively; in 2022 and 2023.
