Master Vehicle Technician -Truro
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am- 17:00pm- NO WEEKENDS
Salary: Up to £32K Basic + Bonus + Overtime

We are recruiting for a fully qualified Master Technician in the Truro area. My client is a family-owned car dealership Both new and used cars. They are looking for someone who will match their ethos and passion for the trade.

Master Technician role:

• Your remit will include all levels of technical works from servicing to major engine work and diagnostics.
• You will be carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Advising other technicians on problems they are struggling with. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of Apprentice Technicians
• You will be expected to liaise with Service Advisors, customers, and Senior Management
• The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient and always first-time fix.

Master Technician Requirement:

• Qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or/and NVQ Level 3.
• MOT licence desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Full UK driving licence.
