Job Title: Master Vehicle Technician Location: Bristol BS15 4AJ Salary: Up to £36,000 = OTE £42,000 + benefits Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm with 1 hour lunch- 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12pm Our client has a turnover of approximately 250 million and employs over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre. A Diagnostic Technician plays a pivotal role, using advanced tools and expertise to identify and resolve vehicle issues swiftly, ensuring peak performance and safety. Our Client are looking to add a Diagnostic Technician to their Bristol Dealership. Responsibilities: * Perform complex diagnostic assessments on a wide range of vehicle systems. * Execute intricate repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring precision and quality. * Lead and mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise. * Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and industry trends * Adhere to safety protocols and environmental guidelines. * Maintain comprehensive records of work performed and parts used. * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Requirements: * Must have been in / currently in a master technician role in a UK dealership. * Qualified to IMI EV Level 3 standard * In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics and repair techniques * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
