Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair vehicles in line with manufacturer standards and guidelines. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify mechanical and electrical faults. Utilise diagnostic equipment and tools effectively to pinpoint technical issues. Perform complex repairs efficiently and accurately. Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to health and safety protocols. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.Requirements: Proven experience as a Master Technician in the automotive industry or any Vehicle Technician's who are looking to progress within their career Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and components. Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults proficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, ATA accreditation) are desirable.Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
