The Role: As Master Technician & key part of our workshop team, you will help keep customers safely on the road. ·Diagnostics: Using manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults. ·Maintenance: Carrying out servicing, repairs, timing belts, and general mechanical work to dealer standards. ·EV & Hybrid: Carry out warranty work, servicing & work on high voltage components. ·Quality: Accurately documenting service work and completing VHCs. ·Compliance: Ensuring all work meets manufacturer, safety, and VOSA standards. What We Need From You: ·Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair - ESSENTIAL ·EV/Hybrid Level 4 Essential ·Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Technician / Mechanic in the automotive industry ·Tools: You must have your own tools and toolbox ·Licence: Full Manual UK Driving Licence (max 6 points; licence checks apply) ·Right to Work: Must already have UK right to work (no sponsorship available) An MOT Licence is desirable but not essential - we can support the right candidate in gaining accreditation.
