Master Vehicle Technician Location: Telford Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. This is a hands-on role suited to a technician who excels at diagnosing and resolving complex faults while supporting and mentoring colleagues. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of a Master Vehicle Technician / Senior Vehicle Technician: Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs and servicing on a range of vehicles Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment Support and mentor other technicians within the workshop Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards Complete job cards and service records accurately and efficiently Keep up to date with manufacturer training and technical bulletins Maintain high levels of productivity and quality of work Adhere to all health and safety procedures Assist with complex technical issues and support workshop efficiency Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Master Vehicle Technician: Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication and mentoring skills Click 'Apply Now' to take the next step in your career.
