Description Lead and manage a dedicated team within the engineering and manufacturing department Oversee every aspect of the manufacturing process in the machine shop area - responsible for all planning & scheduling, and implement improvements where necessary Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards Provide mentorship and training to team members Manage resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of productsProfile A successful Manufacturing Team Lead should have: A degree in engineering, manufacturing or a related field Adept at using Microsoft Excel - that's a must have!
