The Role: The primary duties include taking ownership of the manufacturing plan Hands-On leader, overseeing manufacturing and production processes Responsible for the day to day running of the shift Ensuring production is delivered on time and to specification People Management skills, actively leading and nurturing talent Striving to reduce expenses and increase productively Supporting continuous improvement activities Implementing all the companies' policies and procedures Communicating any problems or obstacles to Senior Management Monitoring productivity rate, standards, and quality control Ensuring health and safety culture is maintained The Person: 4+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in a manufacturing environment Skilled machinist able to program using Fanuc controls Proven ability prioritising to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment Computer literate – experience with manufacturing systems and reporting Strong communication skills Experience working in AS9100 environment, formal training or management qualification, formal safety training/qualification – Desirable The Benefits: Competitive Salary DOE 33 days holiday (Including BH’s).
