Permanent Manufacturing Engineer - CMP (Automotive Company) We are seeking an experienced Permanent Manufacturing Engineer - CMP to join the team at a well-respected Automotive company. This role will involve leading and managing the entire manufacturing process and will present a unique opportunity to have a real impact on a well-established business. The successful candidate will have experience in manufacturing engineering and should have a particular emphasis on manufacturing and engineering disciplines. Responsibilities will include developing a strategy and framework to support production process and product engineering activities, developing and executing production launch strategies, and troubleshooting existing manufacturing process problems. The ideal candidate must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, have experience working within a production environment, and have a proven track record in leading and delivering product launches and process improvements. In addition to the above, you should have a Degree in Engineering, at least three to five years’ experience in a manufacturing or engineering-related discipline, and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
