We are currently seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows. * Design, modify, and optimize production equipment and tooling to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. * Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects and process improvements. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures. * Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, technical issues, and inefficiencies. * Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve overall productivity. * Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new materials and components. * Provide technical expertise and support to production teams during product assembly and fabrication processes. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis for quality issues. Qualifications: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field or equivalent * Experience in automotive manufacturing or fabrication. * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production equipment. * Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization. * Familiarity with industry standards, quality control methods, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
