Manufacturing Engineer - Oxfordshire £40,000 - £50,000 Manufacturing Engineer required by a hugely respected company specialising in EV innovation in the design, development, and production of their industry leading battery management systems in a variety of industry sectors including heavy industry projects, automotive, motorsport, aerospace & defence. About you: - You have experience in a high-volume manufacturing engineering / production assembly environment (preferably Aerospace/ Defence/ Automotive/ similar). - HNC/HND equivalent in relevant Engineering discipline. - Experience in the use of business improvement tools and techniques (5s, Lean, Kaizen) and using APQP tools and techniques. - Preferably experienced with Siemens Teamcentre MPP or NoMuda Visual Factory software. Working alongside Iconic brands, you'll be the first point of contact for continuous improvement projects. Utilising your knowledge / experience as a subject matter expert, you'll ensure company processes are up-to-date and ensure plant layouts are consistently reviewed to ensure best practice is followed. - Running Virtual Build events using Siemens Teamcenter and MPP software. - Production and maintenance of SOPs, build records, process routings and production documentation. - Setup of high-volume production environments and developing manufacturing processes to ensure production is conducted safely, on time and on budget. - Supporting the successful implementation and delivery of APQPs for NPI & mapping processes utilising techniques such as PFMEA's and control plans. - Supporting the Quality Team through the creation and use of Quality tools and techniques In return for the above, company contribution pension, life assurance, group income protection, car scheme, health cash plan, private medical, and annual performance bonus are being offered, alongside 26 days' holiday + BH.
