Key Responsibilities: Equipment Uptime: Ensure CHRA and VSR equipment runs efficiently for all production processes. Troubleshooting: Resolve daily production downtimes with engineering solutions. OEE Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve equipment availability, performance, and quality. Support NPI: Assist with NPI testing, following APQP, PEP, and PPAP processes. Documentation: Support creation of operator and production set-up sheets. Process Improvements: Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Kaizen. Compliance: Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures. Procurement: Oversee procurement of equipment and tooling, ensuring compliance with regulations.Skills & Experience: Essential: Degree in Engineering, experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of PLC, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Desirable: Tooling design, Six Sigma Greenbelt (Black Belt/Lean Expert preferred), IOSH safety qualification. Experience: Automotive industry experience and leadership experience preferred.Language Proficiency: English: Proficiency required
