If so, an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer has become available in a market leading Aerospace business based in Banbury!   Manufacturing Engineer Permanent Position Salary: Competitive ASAP Start Banbury   Manufacturing Engineer The Manufacturing Engineer will have the following responsibilities:    Supporting production areas and delivering project work packages. Ensuring compliance across delivery, cost, safety and quality. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing areas. Developing and integrating new tools, fixtures. This would include looking at specifications, supplier selection, design reviews and production trials Using problem solving methodologies such as 8D or RedX to contribute toward RCCA and day to day issues Supporting new production introduction activities when required.  Manufacturing Engineer The Manufacturing Engineer will require the following experience: Manufacturing or Production Engineering experience within an Assembly environment Knowledge of problem solving methodologies including 8D’s and RCCA’s Previous experience driving process and continuous improvement activities Experience in 3d modelling/drawing creations (Desirable)  Company Benefits: 25 days holiday + banks 10% employer pension scheme Company performance bonus scheme Private Healthcare – Income protection Early finish Friday Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00 – 16:15 / Friday 8:00 – 14:30  If you feel like you would be a good fit for this role, then please click ‘apply
