We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading Aerospace organisation in their dynamic manufacturing department in Titchfield. This role supports all operations areas of the Titchfield site, providing day-to-day support to achieve production schedules, product quality, cost targets, and employee safety goals. Key Responsibilities: Proactively ensure timely resolution of issues to meet customer requirements. Act on task instructions from Lead/Senior Manufacturing Engineer to maintain performance indicators, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality goals are met. Execute required documentation and/or system transactions to meet customer and manufacturing system requirements. Ensure policies, procedures, and other documentation are followed for consistent and compliant product manufacturing. Commit to continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and delivery performance. Support the product design organization during the new product introduction phase to meet customer manufacturing delivery times. Address Environmental, Health, and Safety issues in line with local regulations, company policy, and corporate citizenship. Participate in manufacturing improvement initiatives to drive best practices across manufacturing.Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in manufacturing principles such as lean manufacturing (6 Sigma), value stream mapping, process flow, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation. Experience with BOM (Bill of Materials) and Routing audits, Laser Part Marking procedures, and understanding of Engineering drawings. Experience with the implementation of NPI projects, supply chain support, continuous/process improvements, and additive manufacturing beneficial. Knowledge of laser part marking technology, specifically Pryor equipment and software, is advantageous. Familiarity with materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) and order generation process logic. Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts including production planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving.What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package.
