Responsibilities: Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise for a variety of tooling issues, primarily focusing on pneumatic and DC motor tools. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver bespoke project assemblies, customer reworks, and ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance schedules. Deliver technical training to customers as required, enhancing their understanding of our client’s products and solutions. Stay informed about industry competitors, their products, and market strategies to support our client’s competitive edge. Key Skills/Attributes & Experience: Solid background in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Proven ability to diagnose and repair tooling issues, particularly in drilling units, with an understanding of the aerospace sector being highly advantageous. Strong communication skills, capable of delivering presentations and training sessions to a variety of stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet tight deadlines. Proficient with computers and enthusiastic about engaging with customers and internal teams to promote innovative solutions. Company Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays per year.
