Long service award scheme.Within this Maintenance Operations Manager, the typical duties include: Coach and support the Repair Manager, implementing process improvements. Assist in business growth, collaborating with the Operations Director. Enhance departmental outputs and support the Commercial department. Ensure resource availability and tools for operational responsibilities. Collaborate with sales teams for cohesive sales strategies. Manage operational issues, legislation, and compliance, promoting improvements. Define and implement efficient repair processes for new business wins. Oversee Repair Managers' activities, record and evaluate repair metrics. Settle disputes and assist in recruiting, education, and high-cost repairs. Liaise with repair network, policyholders, and assessors for efficient administration. Maintain compliance, quality standards, and support regular quality assurance. Work on process improvements, research, and agreements with suppliers/repairers. Develop best practices for accurate repair processing and employee training. Support and develop Warranty offerings, providing technical guidance. Ensure thorough diagnostics and quality control on all repair requests. Highlight concerns, suggest process improvements, and reduce excess repair costs.Essential Skills & Experience needed for this Maintenance Operations Manager: High-level Customer Service Experience. Minimum 3 years management experience in Automotive Claims/Warranty Claims Centre, skilled in process development and employee management. Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable with a growth mindset and openness to change. Works well under pressure, maintains professionalism, and produces high-quality work. Confident and attentive to detail, with strong self-motivation and general PC skills. Fast learner, adaptable to a busy office environment. Responsible compliance with company policies and procedures.
