Job Title: Maintenance Facilities Manager Location: Hinckley Salary: Between £48,000-£50,000 Job Type: Permanent The Role Our client is currently looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Manager for a company which operates within the steel, automotive and rail industry. They are looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Manager to manage inhouse cell manufacture, and to provide to technical support to the business operation to ensure efficiency. Duties and responsibilities: To ensure procedures are well aligned with the standards of quality determined by the client. To keep downtime to a minimum by responding to production concerns in an efficient manner. To monitor as well as analyse performance and implement continuous improvements. To maximise all efficiency of operations with excellent response time to incidents and to be flexible in terms of approach. To manage the development as well as maintenance of Total Production Maintenance including 1st line TPM. To be able to improve the process to ensure operation and delivering/improving the facility to achieve full utilisations of resources on a consistent basis.The Candidate 18th Edition Electrical Certified. PLC Programming as well as fault-finding (Siemens & Mitsubishi). Robot programming as well as integration. Man management skills (including disciplinary, performance monitoring and recruitment.) Knowledge of the automotive industry.
